If after office hours, you can drop off your documents through our front door mail slot, located on Grand Avenue. Be sure to include the Client Information Form with your documents. These forms and information will be updated on January 9, 2024 for the 2023 Tax Year Filings.
If you did not receive a stimulus payment in 2020 OR 2021, you may qualify to receive it when you file your tax return. Be sure to tell your preparer if you did not receive it, or if you did not receive the full amount. Let you preparer know the EXACT amount that you did receive. If you did not receive the third stimulus payment that was approved and sent to taxpayers in 2021, you may be eligible to claim it on your 2021 tax return when you file in 2022. Another option would be to mail a personal check or a cashiers check to the following address'. In the memo line of your check, be sure to include your SSN and write "Tax Year 2022", or whichever year you are paying taxes for.

This form is for anyone who would like to drop off, upload via client portal, fax, or mail us their paperwork. Information on this form is crucial to properly complete your income tax return and is part of our due diligence. Please fully complete this form and include it with your paperwork at submission.
FOR INDIVIDUAL/ PERSONAL INCOME TAXES: In order for us to guarantee completion by the April 15th deadline, please have your paperwork submitted to us by March 22nd.
FOR CORPORATE INCOME TAXES:
In order for us to guarantee completion by the March 15th deadline, please have your paperwork submitted to us by February 15th.
Can't file your personal income taxes by the April 15th deadline? No problem. Fill out the Extension forms with your general information, and include a check for your tax liability payment OR pay online. If you are not sure how much money to send, we suggest you send the same amount you owed on your prior year tax return. If you did not owe last year, but are worried you may owe this year, then to send at least $50. If you don't owe any tax, then you will get it back in your refund when you file). These forms will grant you an additional 6 months to file (October 15, 2023). Please read through the forms regarding penalty and interest fees as well as liability.
FOR CORPORATE EXTENSION FORMS:
Please contact our office, your extension for corporate tax returns is due by March 15th and grants you an extension through September 15th.
