As soon as you start thinking about your business, an accountant can help you take the next steps. We can discuss your business's organization, what type of corporation or LLC to open, along with tax purposes and operations.

We begin scheduling appointments for tax season the first Monday of November each year.
How many tax preparers are in your office and what other services do you offer?
We currently have three licensed tax preparers in our office. Bart can help you form a corporation as well as prepare your corporate tax return along with estate and trust returns and tax exempt organizations. Craig can help you with your personal income taxes including rental properties, sole proprietors/ self employed individuals, or LLC returns and he is also our licensed real estate agent. Rochelle can help you with your personal income taxes, sales tax returns, bookkeeping, and payroll needs. All of our preparers can calculate your paycheck with holdings to better prepare for your future income tax preparations.
What if I can't get an appointment? Is there another way to file my tax return with your firm?
Absolutely! If you have a busy schedule and cannot come to our office for an in person appointment, you can use our "drop off" method and Client Portal. We have a form for you to fill out to update your information. You can download the form here, from our website, to fill out ahead of time and drop off/ mail/upload to client portal/ fax with your paper work, or you can fill it out in our office while dropping off your documents. Our turn around time varies between one to two weeks depending on when we receive your packet. If you prefer an in person appointment, but are not able to get the appointment date you want, you can file an extension and set an appointment after tax season.
