IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING YOUR DOCUMENTS TO US AFTER 3/25/23, PLEASE EXPECT A DELAYED TURN AROUND TIME AS WE WILL BE CLOSED FROM 4/15/23 THROUGH 4/25/23. AS SOON AS WE RETURN TO THE OFFICE ON 4/26/23, WE WILL RESUME WORKING ON THE RETURNS WE RECEIVED PRIOR TO 3/25/23.

Client Portal Info:
For our clients who prefer to e-mail us their documents, we were determined to find an easier and more secure solution. We are happy to introduce the new Client Portal powered by Tax Dome! You can now create your own, secure, client portal through our company. In the portal, you are able to upload your tax documents, sign your tax returns, pay your tax preparation fee, ask questions using our Chat feature, and always have access to your tax returns and documents, anywhere at anytime!
To get started, click the link above and create an account. When you upload your documents, there will be a checkbox that says "Notify firm if you are done uploading." Only check that box if you have finished uploading all documents needed for us to complete your tax return. When you click that box, we receive notice that you are ready for us to begin working on your return. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that we received your documents and will begin working on your tax return. You will also receive e-mails throughout the process to let you know where you are at in our pipeline. Please fill out the Client Information Form (found under forms & links tab) and include it with the documents you upload to us. We can not begin working on your return without this form.
Once your return is complete, we will send you a chat message with your tax return results and your documents for signature will appear in your portal as well as your invoice.
Please note that we will no longer be accepting tax forms via e-mail, as the portal is a much more secure and advanced system. You may continue to use our e-mail to schedule your appointments or ask questions.
